Pre & Post Care

  • Lash Aftercare

Following your appointment, it is important to keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours. Getting your lashes wet in those 24 hours may minimize the effect of the treatment. After the 24 hours you can get your lashes wet and wear mascara. To promote lash growth and nourishment, I always recommend using a lash serum once a day!

  • Brow Aftercare

Avoid getting your brows wet or rubbing/touching them for the first 24 hours. I suggest working around your brow’s when exfoliating or using a facial cleanser, as it can cause the tint to fade much faster. To keep your brows conditioned, use a nourishing oil and comb it through your brows at least once a day.

Keep in mind that after a day or two your brow hairs will settle. To achieve that freshly laminated look use a lash spoolie and a nourishing oil, brush your brows upwards followed by a swiping motion along the entire top of the brow. Thanks to your brow lamination your brow hairs will hold that position!

  • Tan Pre-Care

    Exfoliate

Shave, exfoliate and moisturize 12-24 hours before your appointment. Be sure to pay extra attention to the dryer parts of your body (elbows, knees, hands & feet).

    Post Shower

Please avoid using any oil-based products. This will ensure the tan will apply properly and look flawless!

    What To Wear

I suggest wearing dark loose-fitting clothes like sweats and a sweatshirt and no bra. It is also important you don’t wear deodorant, perfume or makeup to your appointment!

  • Tan Post-Care

    What To Avoid

Immediately afterwards you should avoid wearing tight clothes, make up deodorant and perfume, contact with water, as well as working out. The days following your appointment you should avoid hot tubs and pools, as well as oil-based products.

    When To Rinse

For a traditional tan, rinse anywhere from 8-12 hours after. For a rapid tan, rinse anywhere from 1-6 hours after depending on your desired result. I recommend waiting no longer than 24 hours post tan to rinse!

    In The Shower

The first shower after your appointment avoid using soap, just use water. Any color that rinses off is just the bronzer. This is normal and don’t worry, you will still be left with a beautiful color!

    Continuing Care

It is crucial you are hydrating your skin every day! Drinking water and using a good oil-free moisturizer will be your best friend and will help your tan fade flawlessly! (Don’t forget to pat dry)
